Item Construction Services

A NOTE ABOUT ITEMS:
I WILL NOT go into the Wilderness for either pickup or delivery of items and/or materials, so don't even ask.

With special exceptions (jewelry in particular), each item is given two prices. The larger price is what I will charge for creating the item for money alone. The second price is what I will create the item for if you provide the materials. Generally speaking, I charge half-price if you bring me the materials, but there are some special exceptions.

I do not offer pottery for two reasons. First of all, it is the nature of pottery to sometimes crack and break in the kiln. Secondly, the items are exceptionally cheap and readily available most anywhere, and if not, then even a 1st level crafter can begin with pottery (it's how I started, for example).

Food

I sell food at a fixed rate, there are no half-priced foods. Also, I don't deal in common foods, such as shrimp, mackerel, or bread, I deal in either powerful food, "quest" food (such as redberry pies), or stat-altering food.

Furniture

With the addition of the Construction skill, I am adding furniture to the list of items I can create. I will create all items for free if you bring me all the materials for it, otherwise I charge for materials and travel time, which is 50 coins on top of the price you see below (for example: a wooden chair costs 300 coins to make, plus my 50 coin fee, total is 350 coins). Keep in mind that only furniture and toys can be created in a workshop; I cannot create items such as larders, rugs, or altars. For wooden items that require nails, I use mithril nails that I smithe myself at no cost.

Note that I have bolded the prices of exceptionally expensive items. For these items, I require payment up front.

Finally, my home features an excellent workshop capable of producing all craftable toys and all flatpacked items up to level 80. Furthermore, it features an armour repair stand, a banner painter, and all workshop tools (Tool Store 5). Feel free to come in and use my workshop anytime I'm home, which is often.

So right about now you're probably wondering why I offer such custom-made merchandise for so little money? Well, it's a bit like this...I like to "share the wealth". Basically, by me making items, I am gaining experience and a little cash, and I sell them to you for much less than stores sell them for (with the exception of furniture). You can easily turn a profit selling the items I make for you. So it's simple...I get experience and money, you get your item much cheaper than at the store and you can turn it into profit if you so desire. We both win. :)
